Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Yolbee as data controller. Contact: merhaba@yolbee.com.

Data we process

Through the founding-member waitlist form: full name, email address, optional phone number, role preference (Route Owner / Ride Buddy), the area you spend most time in, route, time and day preferences, segment, and vehicle class if provided.

Technical data: which message variant you saw (A/B test), campaign source (UTM parameters), invite code and browser information.

We use cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics to measure site usage; events such as page views and form submissions are processed as aggregate statistics that do not identify you personally.

Purposes

To build the waitlist and notify you when the app launches; to decide which areas and routes open first; to measure how well our messages and channels work; to run the invite (referral) system.

Legal basis

Your data is processed based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You give consent by ticking the box before submitting, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Transfers

Form data is transferred to the cloud spreadsheet and form infrastructure provider we use to keep the waitlist (which may be located abroad). Data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Retention

Data is kept for up to 12 months after the app becomes generally available, or until you withdraw consent, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and who it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages.
